食品の返品・交換について / Food Product Returns

食品の性質上、お客様都合による返品・交換は不可となります。

Due to the nature of food products, returns or exchanges for customer reasons cannot be accepted.

不良品の場合 / If the Item Is Defective

到着後2日以内にご連絡いただければ、状況を確認の上、交換または返金対応をいたします。

If a product is damaged or defective, contact us within 2 days for assistance.

キャンセルについて / Cancellations

発送完了後のキャンセルはお受けできません。

Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.
